Three years in the making, John and Paul set out to honor their heritage, their community, and their family. Pioneering the phrase “freestyle Greek”, it reflect on the respect to traditions while giving the freedom to create. Nothing is more important than providing memorable experiences and creating the spectacular for guests, from an espresso on our patio to lamb shoulder feasts, the love for creating excitement for each guests is equivalent to the Olympic Games for the House of Stefas team.
We're committed to supreme hospitality, incredible meals, and experiences that stay with you. Our spaces are designed to be intimate, comfortable, and accommodating. Come for an espresso, a dessert, or a meal fit for the gods.

Growing up in a restaurant family, it was all about the table, coming together celebrating and Fantastic food. Food brings back fond memories.

Our Father Vasileios
Billy immigrated from Greece in the 70s and brought us into the restaurant world through Four Brothers Pizza Inn . That's where we learned discipline, hard work, and an innate responsibility to take care of every guest. Billy gave to anyone who needed anything, and his philosophy was simple: if we have food on our table and others don't, we do what we can to support others.

Our Mother Katina
Growing up on her family’s farm in a small Greek village, she developed a deep appreciation for traditional cooking and the recipes that celebrated her heritage. She also taught warmth. whenever guests came to her home, stranger or not, she offered coffee and whatever she had prepared. If they said no, she brought it anyway.
